I have to admit, this time I did not see the potential here.  The house was pretty spacious, and in relatively poor condition, but I did not see what my husband saw.  He saw potential for two duplex condominiums- I could NOT see that happening.  It was pretty dang, dark and just blah.  I could not imagine that we would be able to secure two +1800 SF condominiums each with 3 bedrooms, 3. 5 baths, 80 SF of balconies on each upper level, a private terrace patio and 950 SF roof deck.  Nope, didn’t see that at all.

But Dwayne and Adam, the architect, saw nothing but potential all over this place.  And, after 9 months of permit delays, 7 months of construction this is one bad mamma-jamma (I know, I am literally showing my age!).  Absolutely breath-taking!  Open concept, enormous bedrooms, with light shining in from double French doors, high ceilings, light & airy throughout.  New hardwood floors adorn every floor, single panel doors with chrome finish details, crisp white cabinetry with custom pewter oversized islands.  This place has both a modern and timeless appeal.
